ProjectWise Sync Service - User is unable to force a refresh with his user account

Problem

The issue is once the user logs in with their ProjectWise admin account, they cannot refresh and update the sync service.
 
Yet, if he logs in with his colleague’s credentials, he is able to force a refresh and it works.
Both users have the same security assigned to their account.
 
When user starts the refresh the status column displays in red Refresh failed.
When he logs in with his colleague’s credentials, the status column displays in green – Success.



Solution

Ensure the user has access to the project they are trying to refresh in the cloud. If they are still not able to refresh, right click and run as admin.
Start the application as administrator – run as.
This solved the issue
