The list of items is organized by the columns, Name, Version, Description, File Name, File Size, and Date Modified. When you select a column header, the list is sorted by that attribute. For example, if you select the Name column header, the items list displays the item names in alphabetical order. You can select any column header to sort the list in ascending or descending order within the column.
You can filter a column or remove filters by selecting the filter icon in the column header. To filter the list, select the filter icon 
in the column header. You can type in filter keywords, choose values in drop down lists, or filter by dates where appropriate.
For example, if you type the word “Pump” into the Description column filter, the list will show only the items with names that contain the word “pump.” You can then add filters dynamically to narrow your information. The second example below adds a date filter to the list.
Columns with applied filters displays blue filter icon. If you wish to remove the filter, select X or Clear from the Filter dialog boxes..
