Error or Warning Message
Last Error 112233 CONNECTION Client could not be accessed- unknown error occurred.
Failed to retrieve a login token from CONNECTION Client.
Explanation
Might happen when logging into ProjectWise Explorer with Bentley IMS credentials.
How to Avoid
- Have user verify if they are registered to the organization by going here: https://ims.bentley.com/IMS/Profile
- If the organization field is empty in the profile, an admin will need to add them to the organization via user management tool
- Have user log out and log back into CONNECTION Client
- If the issue still occurs do the following:
- Open the task manager and select the Bentley Licensing Service and end task
- Select the Bentley.Connect.Client and end task
- Delete the MySELECT.db file found in %localappdata%\Bentley\
- Relaunch the CONNECTION Client

Additional troubleshooting steps:
- Uninstall CONNECTION Client
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared - rename the CONNECTION Client folder
- Reboot the Machine
- Reinstall CONNECTION Client
