Bentley ProjectWise Administrator Accreditation Program
The program is designed to upskill and test the knowledge of existing ProjectWise Users. The learning path simulates a project which goes through many of the tasks that the user may perform in real projects. It starts by defining the Users, Groups, and Users Lists, defining the environment, manipulating ProjectWiseExplorer as an Administrator, defining the workflow, and concludes by designing the security model for the project.
By gaining this accreditation, ProjectWise users will;
- Improve their productivity by learning and applying Bentley's recommended best practices and workflows to their projects.
- Improve their knowledge of the features and functions within the software that can be used on a day to day basis.
- Ensure that they are up to date within the latest ProjectWise functionality.
- Be able to add the accreditation credential to their resume and professional profiles to showcase their expertise.
In addition, Companies whose users gain this accreditation will be able to :
- Demonstrate that their project teams and employees possess the professional skills necessary to be competitive.
- Showcase their employee credentials to support future project bids and ensure compliance with client requirements.
In this learning path you will:
- Set up a project that contains seven internal users and four external users. The users will be at various levels of access.
- Set up the environment and the interface of the project, which include the document code and title block data.
- Create a Work area in ProjectWise Explorer and apply various settings and properties to the documents and the folders.
- Define the security model for the project, which includes 6 levels of access.
- Define the workflow shown below and apply them to the folders and documents.

Program Requirements
- Users should have professionally experienced ProjectWise users for 300 Hours.
- Users must submit the signed program agreement.
- Users must attend all the classes.
- Users must submit the completed project within 2 weeks of attending the classes.
- The project is reviewed by a Bentley Instructor. When approved, the course accreditation certificate is conferred.
- If the project does not meet completion requirements. the user can correct and re-submit their project within 2 weeks.
Prerequisites
This learning path assumes you have access to a datasource. This Learning Path doesn’t go through the deployment and installation of
ProjectWise. An existing setup is required prior to starting the Learning Path.
