Solution

 If the problem is only involving DWG files then the first thing you might want to check is that the 'file types' setting in the properties of the full text indexing in PWAdmin is set properly.  From the Pw admin help:  To be able to extract text from DWG documents, you must create an extension mapping rule that maps the DWG file extension to the file type DGN.  To map one file extension to another, so that certain file types can be processed as if they had a different extension
Open the Properties dialog box for a document processor.
Select the File Type Associations tab and click Add.  The New File Association dialog box opens.
Leave the Application list set to <Any>, or select an application if you want to limit the documents to be processed to only those associated to that application.
In the Extension field, type the extension you want to map to another extension.
Turn on Process the files as if they have the following extension, and then type the extension you want to map the previous extension to.
Click OK.  The new association is added to the File Type Associations tab. You can click Add again to identify more file types you want to map to other file types. You can also select existing associations and click Modify or Remove to edit or delete a particular mapping, respectively

==============
Orchestration uses ustationwrapper.exe to extract the thumbnail, and full text from dgn's and dwg's.
The 210 error is an indication that a file has failed to be extracted and crashed the ustationwrapper.exe.

To 'fix' the problem, the first thing we need to do is to find out what is wrong with the file that it failed on.
To do that we need to find the file in projectwise, copy it out on to the server and open it with Microstation.
If it fails, then the file needs to be fixed...
If it doesn't fail then the file should be checked for ghost elements and other problems. (axiom file fixer)

You may want to clean out the 'temporary file" the orchestration creates when it does these extractions and fails.  Sometimes they don't get cleaned up.  The path is also indicated in the error message.
