How can I prevent ProjectWise office integration from breaking when Microsoft Office is patched or upgraded?

Solution:
From time-to-time Microsoft will make a change in Office that overwrites something with ProjectWise Integration.
Microsoft’s upgrades and patches are not something Bentley Systems can control, but we can provide support to help troubleshoot the issue, identify if there is a work around, and report a bug if we can reproduce the issue in house.
Bentley realizes that this is an inconvenience to our users and makes every effort to keep pace with Microsoft Office upgrades and updates.
The most common solution to this issue is to reinstall the ProjectWise Office integration. This works most of the time.
If Office was upgrade to a brand-new version, then check the compatibility list to see if ProjectWise has a supported version.
