Overview: This will explain how to access and modify or delete forms in ProjectWise 365 that are used with the Issues Resolution Service
Products and versions:
- This is current to the Issues Resolution and Forms services as of April 2023
Pre-requisites \ Assumptions \ Preliminary setup:
- There is a ProjectWise 365 Project in place with correct permissions and roles for the user.
Steps
1) From the Project Home page, click on the Issues Resolution icon.
2) Click on the settings icon to launch the Forms Manager
3) Select the Category and then the form you wish to edit or delete and change it to Draft status.
4) Perform your edit or delete using the options in the Actions list.
5) If you edit a form, you will need to save it and change it back to Approved state before publishing it for availability.
