Problem Description
ProjectWise BulkLoad tool fails to upload selected folder/files into ProjectWise chosen location having selected 'Finish'.
Steps to Resolve
After investigations it appeared that the BulkLoad tool failed to load documents because the ProjectWise user did not have permission to create folders and documents in the chosen ProjectWise Datasource path.
To check user permissions to the Datasource path, please use the following:
- Open ProjectWise Explorer and log into the Datasource
- Naviagte to and select the folder where the BulkLoad tool is uploading files
- With the folder selected, open the 'Access Control' tab
- Add the ProjectWise user or associated users Group if not present
- Select the ProjectWise user or associated users Group and ensure the options for create folders and documents are enabled.
- Apply any changes
