Explanation
Dragging a document into a folder, after being prompted to create a new version because the document name already exists, but then prompted with the error message.
Older versions of the document exist in the folder, but the name had been changed, so there is no current version of this document.
How to Avoid
Rename document being copied, or rename current version of the document so they match
